It is responsibility of media organizations to ensure the accuracy of information and prevention of mis- and dis- information. To fulfill that responsibility, Global Forum for Media Development, in cooperation with other media organizations have been working on projects to prevent the spread of false information related to COVID-19, and as a result of that a collection of reports, resources and tools that can help to combat the spread of misinformation regarding COVID-19, was published early in March.
